Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review and work to resolve the matter promptly.

Refunds
