All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Locations
We primarily ship within Canada, with international shipping available to select countries including:
United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, and Italy.
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping (6–10 Business Days)
All other items are delivered within 6–10 business days after processing.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability, especially for international orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost or Stolen Packages
Voldri is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
