Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to other locations.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on your location. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some items may have shipping restrictions in certain regions. If your order cannot be shipped, we will notify you promptly.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Voldri is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.
